Worship the Lord in the splendor of His holiness.
Psalm 96:9

Because Life Matters

Eastview Baptist Church is a Southern Baptist Church located on the north end of Springfield, IL. We have a small but active church with an active youth/adult ministry, children’s programs, weekly craft ladies events, counseling services, and much more.

Eastview is trying to set up a link to a video  of worship services at Eastview during this pandemic crisis.  Keep checking our Web page. It will be a work in progress.

March 15-31 – All services and meetings are cancelled here at Eastview.  Please stay well and safe.  If you have a need, please call the church at 522-6631 and we will get back with you as soon as possible.

Our members and visitors are important to us, as well as their health and safety.  We are monitoring the recommendations for gatherings and to help stop the spread of this virus.  We will try to keep our website as up-to-date as possible.  We are also exploring Facebook posts about our upcoming services.

May God bless each of you and your family, as we get through this health crisis.

I want to thank you for visiting our site today and I want to personally invite you to come and worship with us in one of our services.  I hope that you enjoy seeing all that God is doing here at Eastview.  If you have any questions or if we could be of any benefit to you or your family then feel free to e-mail us at evoffice@sbcglobal.net.

May God bless you and draw you close to Him!

With Love From Above,

Annie Armstrong was a Southern Baptist trailblazer known for her visionary missions leadership, at a time when women were not expected to lead.   She challenged churches and rallied support for missionaries.  She was honored in 1934 when the Home Missions Offering was re-named for her to encourage more to follow her sacrificial example.

Pray about how God wants you to give to the Annie Armstrong Easter  Offering for North American Missions during the month of March 2020.

Our church Goal is $2,520.

Given to date $1,543

We are exploring the ability for our members and visitors to give financially to Eastview through the on-line giving.  We will continue to investigate this possibility.
